How to request a return
Once received, our team will review the request and notify you by email of the instructions needed to return the product.
Exchange and Return Policy
Returned or exchanged products must be in perfect condition, unused and free from damage, stains, od ours or any other circumstance that prevents their sale as new.
They must be returned in their original packaging, with all their tags and any item included in the packaging (bags, stickers, packaging, etc.).
Return periods
As a general rule, the shipping costs for the return or exchange of a product will be borne by the customer (unless it is an error by Raven Rise, a defective product, etc.).
The customer is responsible for sending the product to the address provided within the time frame mentioned above. Instructions will be provided for the collection of the product by the transport company associated with Raven Rise’s logistics.
If what you want is to exchange size, colour or model —and the product meets the requirements— you can do so within the 30-day period. For exchanges, we only accept one per order. No further returns are accepted for an item that has already been exchanged.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund may take between 5 and 10 business days from the receipt of the returned item at our warehouse — except during high-demand periods (sales, campaigns, Black Friday, etc.), when it may take a little longer.
By making a purchase at Raven Rise, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the terms of this Exchange & Return Policy, as well as our General Terms of Sale.
