Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Scope

Raven Rise ships to Spain and to several countries within the European Union:

Domestic shipping (Spain):

Iberian Peninsula
Balearic Islands
Canary Islands

International shipping (European Union): Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Czechia (CZ), Estonia (EE), France (FR), Germany (DE), Greece (GR), Hungary (HU), Ireland (IE), Italy (IT), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI)

We also ship to UK.

(For the time being, we do not ship outside these territories. When we expand to new destinations, we will update this policy.)

2. Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed the same day if placed before 2:00 p.m. (Peninsular Spain time). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are processed on the next business day.

Once the order has been processed, the delivery time depends on the destination:

Iberian Peninsula: estimated delivery within 24/48 hours.
Balearic Islands: estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.
Canary Islands: estimated delivery within 7–10 business days.
European Union countries and UK: estimated delivery within 2-5 business days depending on the country.

Note: In cases of high order volume, public holidays, or courier-related incidents, these times may be extended. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates apply according to the destination zone and are added to the cost of the products, except as noted:

Iberian Peninsula: €3.99
Balearic Islands: €6.99
Canary Islands: €8.99
European Union countries: €4.90 -9.90

Free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders whose total amount (products) exceeds €90, regardless of the destination zone (Spain or available European Union countries).

4. Shipping Method and Tracking

We use reliable courier services to ensure delivery within the established time frames. After the order has been dispatched, we will email the customer a tracking number so they can check the status of their shipment at any time.

5. Delivery and Liability

Responsibility for the package —until it is delivered— lies with Raven Rise. In the event of loss of or damage to the package during transit, we will handle the incident with the courier and inform the customer in order to offer a solution (reshipment or refund), as appropriate.

6. Customer Acceptance

By placing an order with Raven Rise, the customer accepts the terms of this Shipping Policy —as well as our general Terms of Sale—.
